About Transitional Therapy
Transitional Therapy is a person-centred psychosocial support service that supports individuals through life’s most challenging transitions. Founded in 2020 by Faith with over 20 years of life experience, Transitional Therapy was created to support people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected — particularly during periods of emotional distress, identity shifts, trauma recovery, or major life change.
